Every dollar that you donate supports educational programs in Benin and Niger, West Africa.
100% of your donation goes directly into our program. It helps us pay for tutoring and supplies such as chalk and chalkboards. Your donation also helps us provide support to the families of the students when they have trouble paying for school supplies or medical needs.
Three Sisters Trois Soeurs Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donations are tax-deductible in the United States and you can be confident that they are being sent directly to our programming in Benin. Your donations help us to keep more girls in school rather than being potentially married before they turn 18. Your donations have already brought at-risk and underserved students back into the classrooms. Our Books that Bind program, partially supported by your donations, has brought thousands of locally written and produced books into primary schools in Benin. Thank you so much!
Mme Ogbon teaches Sele the alphabet. Sele has special needs and was formerly asked to leave school due to lack of resources.
In 2020, despite the pandemic, TS worked with the community to create children’s books based on folktales as part of the PreCArt project funded by the United States Department of State, Bureau of Cultural and Educational Affairs.
